In line with its mission to serve, help and strengthen the community, the initiative to build a more inclusive society by a non-profit organization has been able to help underprivileged families and those with special needs.
Even though only targeting two main groups consisting of underprivileged families and those with special needs, La Vida Berhad is also ready to help other groups in need. Various programs and activities are implemented, including emotional, social, educational and support for children, study assistance and distribution of 'study packs'. Through a program known as the 'Beam Initiative', it helps persons with disabilities produce works and artistic products, thus providing opportunities for self-development.
Even more unique, the initiatives implemented include the concept of a second-hand goods store to promote the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle concept.
The initiative reflects a continued commitment to strengthening community support, especially for those in need, to build a more inclusive and caring society.
